People who get to know your business.

When checking and follow-up become regular work, it helps to have someone who knows your systems, your customers and your way of doing things. We employ and support the people, and agree their role with you.

One person

A dedicated full-time team member

Someone who learns your systems, checks the work and follows up the loose ends. Employed and supported by Yoonet, with a clear role in your business.

A small team

People with a manager behind them

For a regular flow of work that needs more than one pair of hands. We agree the roles, supervision and cover with you, and review capacity as the work grows.

Shared support

Support for a smaller workload

If the work does not fill a full-time role, we can discuss whether shared support is a good fit. We agree availability and responsibilities before work starts.

We agree the scope, staffing, working hours and fees with you after understanding the work. Contact ai@yoonet.io to discuss your requirements.

Employed properly. Supported day to day.

Your team members are Yoonet employees in Balanga, Philippines. We look after recruitment, employment and management. Together we agree their work, training and who they speak to in your business.

A full-time equivalent role—often called an FTE—is simply a full-time staffing commitment. The important question is whether your workload needs a dedicated person, a team or a shared arrangement.

Working with the systems you already use

Tell us how tasks arrive, where the source information lives and where the result needs to go. We work through access and training with you, and involve your IT provider where a connection is needed.

Staff might check records, follow up orders, review drafted responses or work through the cases your automation cannot finish. See our examples of the work we help with.

Enough work to need a team. Room to start sensibly.

A useful starting point is a regular process you can explain, with enough volume that checking it keeps taking your team away from other work. We discuss what that workload needs before recommending a staffing arrangement.

As the process settles, we review quality, working hours and capacity with you. That gives you a basis for deciding when another person would help.

Tell us where the work gets stuck.

A short conversation about your business is a good place to start. Tell us what you have automated, what still needs checking and how often it happens.
